Preheat Oven to 350℉ and line two cookie sheets with parchment
Cream together your butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and white sugar
Add eggs, vanilla, baking soda, and salt. Beat till combined
Mix in flour and oats until 90% combined. Add chocolate and M&Ms. Mix until all combined
Scoop onto cookie sheets (size is your preference, I like 2-3 tbsp but a more classic large monster cookie is about ¼ cup)
Bake for 9-11 minutes if smaller balls and bake for 13-14 minutes for larger, or until golden brown around the edges
Let cool on pan for 5 minutes and then transfer to a cooling rack
Store in an airtight container at room temp for up to 2 weeks.
